Casa Studio Novembre | 2004

Casa Studio Novembre is a collection of drawings and sculptures inspired by the elements of nature. Access is through a large wrought iron gate made by the sculptor-architect Duilio Forte in the shape of a snake characterizes the entrance. The facade is covered with a Bisazza mosaic depicting the foliage of a tree, a central pillar becomes its trunk and a large window is designed to simulate the branches. In this passage there is a mosaic made by Sandro Chia, the drawing of a snake that “enters” the space biting an apple. In the Casa Studio the formal archetype of the house becomes evident: a small world in which, as in a fairy tale, a story is told.
