Città delle Imprese, della Formazione e dell’Innovazione – Piacenza | 2025
Novembre Studio has designed the new headquarters of Confindustria Piacenza, transforming an existing industrial complex into a multifunctional hub that brings together business, training, and innovation. The urban regeneration project includes the reorganization of outdoor spaces with green areas, parking, and optimized pathways, as well as an iconic new façade that defines the architectural identity of the complex.
The existing buildings are fully repurposed: the aim is to create an open, accessible, and representative hub with spaces that encourage social interaction.
