Lavazza | 2015
The Lavazza cup is something symbolic, evocative, and iconic. This small icon becomes the core of the whole project. It is as if this little container emits a wonderful aroma, evoking more than the taste of the coffee itself. For that reason, Novembre Studio created a ribbon that, starting from the cup, becomes an aromatic three-dimensional spiral that shelters the visitors who walk through the Expo. There is always an internal and an external side of the spiral. The internal becomes particularly significant because words and messages flow through a Corian surface, becoming the “fil rouge” of the architectural intervention.
“We live in the era of social networks. However, we have to consider that coffee is the most powerful, strong, and ancient social network.” -Fabio Novembre
