Grafica Italiana Exhibition

La Triennale di Milano | 2012

The “Grafica Italiana” exhibition for the Triennale Design Museum continues the path of promotion and enhancement of Italian creativity, extending the research to a history that has always been considered minor and ancillary, in order to restore its proper autonomy.
The decision to dedicate an edition to Italian graphics, visual communication and their history is an important step to enrich and complete the path in Italian design undertaken by the Triennale Design Museum.

Grafica Italiana represented an opportunity to present events, figures, and phenomena that have accompanied and supported the cultural, social, economic and political developments of our country, which still remain relatively little known, in their richness, outside the specialized communities.
