In punta di piedi for Riva1920 | 2015
A table created for Refettorio Ambrosiano, a dining hall for the homeless that thanks to the work of chefs and designers has become a connecting point between design and solidarity. In punta di piedi, made by Riva 1920 in oak, represents the transition between the hardness of the table-object and the supplement of the human figure, accentuated by the shading of the finish, which leaves the wood grain visible on one side, and covers the shapely legs of the ballerina in white on the other.
