Kartell – 2016 | Ever since my student days, I have been taught that when we design, we do it with other people in mind, but this time I have failed: this lantern is for me.
Midway upon the journey of our life I too got lost and felt the need for something to light my way.
A lantern, like those of olden times, simple, hardwearing and resistant. An object to accompany me in my wanderings, a glimmer of light to follow in the gloom.
Each personal story reflects a collective sensation: it would be marvellous if this small lantern could help us face the darkness and find our way.
