Moscara | 2010
The Moscara Restaurant is born from the former restaurant Charlie Brown: it comes and develops from its structure. The core of the design idea was to create a strong relationship between the space and the identity of the restaurant, original from Puglia, using materials and colours with the aim to recreate the peculiar features of the region. A white sky marked with star vaults, enriched with swallows and clouds, creates a contrast with the ochre of the pietra pugliese walls (a special stone from the region) designed with a slant towards the inner part of the room with the aim to give the idea to be inside a pit. An essential but warmly atmosphere that invites the clients to enter and discover this hidden and precious corner of Puglia in Milan.
